A card came in the post
Every card gets recorded, the ones that go in and the ones that do not. A card you turn away is written into the log with the reason, so if anyone ever asks how the free entries were handled there is an answer nobody can edit afterwards.
What to post
Written from this board, so the dates and the count are the live ones and the no-purchase line is already on the end of every one. Copy it and paste it. The line has to be on anything advertising the giveaway, and this is how it never gets left off.
